Troubleshooting

The bed is plugged in to the mains and not working

There is a small hole in the side of the robot that the cable must be fully inserted into. If it is not fully inserted, the robot won’t move.

Check the plug socket

Ensure you have turned the mains plug socket on – it sounds like common sense but it’s always worth checking! Try plugging your MYO Touch into a different plug socket if you’re still struggling after working through the rest of the troubleshooting.

Check the robot’s positioning on the track

The robot needs to be correctly aligned on the track in order to move. If you struggled to line it up and had to force it into place, it is probably not correctly aligned. All 4 wheels will be touching the floor when the massage unit is properly assembled.

The bed has stopped after 15 minutes

If your bed has turned off and has no power, it may be due to the 15 minute cut out. This is a safety feature and we don’t advise over riding it.

Check the charger pack

There’s a small switch on the side of the charger pack – it must be switched to position 1 in order to function. Once it has been switched on, the small LED on the charger pack will light up red.

Check the fuse

If no red light is showing on the power pack when plugged in and switched on, the fuse in the mains requires changing, a BS 3 amp fuse must be fitted.

How do I clean the canvas?

Wipe any marks and spills away with a damp cloth and leave to dry naturally. Do not use abrasives, caustic cleaners, bleach or solvent based detergents. If in doubt, test the solution on an inconspicuous area first. 

My canvas has ripped or is showing signs of unusual wear and tear

Some wear and tear is expected, as with any product. If your bed has ripped or is torn or damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

The MYO Touch is designed to help you relax. We’ve created this product to help people take time to themselves each day, whether it’s to unwind after a stressful day or ease tired muscles after a gardening session.

How could I incorporate the MYO Touch into my daily routine?

We suggest using the bed for 15 minutes each day – you can choose whether you want to start the day with a deep massage that energises you or end the day with one that sets you up for a good night’s sleep! This gives you time to ease tired or achy muscles, as well as work on meditation, mindfulness or breathing exercises that will help both your mind and body wind down.

What can I expect to experience on the bed?

It can be hard to know what to expect from the MYO Touch, especially if you’ve never used a foam roller or had a massage before. The foam roller automatically moves up and down the track underneath your body, pressing through the canvas to offer a massage. You can choose the pressure of the massage, as well as where on your body it targets. The style of massage is up to you, whether you want to enjoy a light, gentle massage or a deeper, more invigorating one.
