Grey Technology Limited (Gtech), Brindley Road Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9FB (the “Promoter”).


1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter:

  • Employees of Gtech
  • Immediate family member of employees
  • Agents or third parties pofessionally connected with the promotion

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and/or residency before awarding the prize


2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @gtechsocial on instagram.
  2. Tag three friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
  3. Share the giveaway post to their instagram Story and ensure their profile is public so the share can be verified.

Each comment tagging three firends counts as one entry.

Any additional comments from the same user will not count as additional entries


No purchase is necessary to enter


Entrants must have a public Instagram account for the entry and Story share to be verified. Third party, automated, bulk or bot entries will be disqualified.


3. Opening & closing Dates

  • Opens: 31 March 2026 at 09:00 (UK time)
  • Closes: 8 April 2026 at 23:59 (UK time)

Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

The winner will be:

  • Constacted: Within 3 working days of closing
  • Announced: Friday 10 April 2026 (on Gtech's social channels)

4. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive the Gtech Easter Giveaway Prize Bundle as shown and described in the giveaway promotional materials.

The prize:

  • Is non transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash
  • May be substituted for an item of equal or greater value if an advertised product becomes unavailable

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The winner will be contacted via direct message from Gtech's official social account.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days with their full name and UK postal address.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days. Gtech reserves the right to select an alternative winner

Gtech will never request bank details or payment information


6. Personal Data

Any personal data provided will be processed solely for the administration of this giveaway.

Gtech's Privacy policy

In accordance with ASA requirements, Gtech may be required to publush or make available the winner's surname and country

Entrance may request anonymity by emailing [email protected]

However, Gtech may still need to share this information with the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.


7. Liability

By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Gtech accepts no responsibility for:

  • Technical issues
  • Lost, incomplete, delayed, or corrupted entries
  • Circumstances outside its reasonable controle

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence.

This promototion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, entrants from Scotland and Nothern Ireland will retain any mandatory consumer protections afforded under the laws of their respective jurisdictions.
